About the Event
Welcome to the Yubico Customer Advisory Board (CAB). We’re thrilled you will be joining us and your peers at The Londoner Hotel on 25-26 September. As part of this exclusive group of customers, your participation will shape Yubico’s products and services strategy, as well as refine priorities as we look to execute on our mission to make the internet safer for everyone.
Our CAB meeting in September will touch on 5 main objectives, and we look forward to a discussion on the following:
- Understanding your security and authentication needs and challenges
- Identify market trends that impact you and gaps in the industry
- Understand which other products and services alternatives you’re considering
- Solicit feedback on Yubico product roadmap and business strategy
- Build and strengthen customer relationships and help you engage with your peers
It won’t all be business, though. We’re excited to share a lovely dinner with you, as well as offer several opportunities to network with Yubico customers and executives.

Travel Information
- Yubico’s CAB meeting will take place at The Londoner, a 5-star boutique hotel right in Leicester Square.
- Your hotel room at The Londoner is covered by Yubico on 25 September. We also have some rooms available for those who need to arrive on 24 September. Please send this request as soon as possible.
- We will book your room on your behalf and send a confirmation closer to the event date.
- Choose your preferred roundtrip flights to/from the London airport of your choice, and include this information on the registration page when prompted. We suggest you arrive no later than 11:00 on 25 September, so that you can join us for lunch prior to our meeting at 13:30.
- Our meeting will conclude at 14:30 on 26 September, so we suggest that you choose a departure flight no earlier than 17:00.
- Yubico is happy to provide ground transportation to and from the airport of your choice. Closer to the event date, you will receive confirmation details on where to meet your driver.
Frequently Asked Questions
Participants of the customer advisory board meeting are expected to actively contribute insights, provide feedback, collaborate with others, and engage in discussions to help shape the direction of Yubico products and services.
Our CAB meeting is a gathering of Yubico executives and customers. The event will include an action-packed agenda with peer-to-peer networking activities in the evening, and very specific topics during the daytime sessions. To ensure a conducive environment for professional engagement, we recommend that this event is best suited for CAB participants only.
Yubico will cover your hotel room at The Londoner the night of 25 September. If needed, we can also accommodate a night before and/or after these dates upon availability.
Yubico will also provide your roundtrip flight to/from your home airport, as well as roundtrip ground transportation from your London airport to the hotel.
