Giles House

Chief Marketing Officer

Prior to joining Yubico, Giles’ career spanned sales and marketing roles including serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer at A-LIGN, Executive Vice President of Sales Cloud at SAP and Chief Marketing Officer at Callidus Cloud. Giles holds a Bachelors of Engineering in electronic engineering from the University of Southampton.

Over 17 years of leading the legal functions of different fast growing high-tech companies in various stages of development. Extensive experience managing legal initiatives and navigating growth from a business and legal perspective. LL.M. from Stockholm University.

Chad Thunberg

Chief Information Security Officer

Chad is a 25 year veteran in the information security industry. As Yubico’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), he is responsible for the company’s information security program and IT operations. Prior to Yubico, Chad was Leviathan’s Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for managing the professional services organization, maintaining Leviathan’s reputation for industry leading research, and ensuring the professional services organization maintained high standards of quality.

Strong technical background in Engineering and a passion for developing people and culture in high-performing organizations. Experience in growing and scaling high-tech start-ups to midsize companies, with a specific focus on global businesses and their unique challenges. Rob Hemeryck

SVP, Sales

Over 25 years of cybersecurity and GRC experience spanning preventive, detective, and corrective controls from desktop to cloud, with the last decade focused on enterprise-class IAM technologies. Rob is a CompTIA Security+ Certified Professional dedicated to the success of Yubico customers, and previously with Oracle, Symantec, and Trend Micro.

Alexander Koch

SVP, Sales

Alexander Koch has over 20 years of experience in the IT security sector. Alexander currently is the SVP of Commercial and Channel Sales for EMEA, previously serving as VP Sales EMEA at Yubico. Prior to this, he was the VP Sales DACH and CEE. Together with his German-speaking Yubico team, he believes in Yubico’s mission to make the Internet a safer place.Prior to joining Yubico, Alexander spent over two years at SCADAfence, where he held the position of Regional Sales Director. Additionally, he worked at Digital Guardian, Venafi and Blue Coat Systems.

Over the past two decades, Jeff has been dedicated to helping Swedish-born technology companies build global teams, expand to new territories, and grow business operations, including supporting M&A. Previously at Episerver (now Optimizely), Checkpoint, Pointsec, Cognizant, and Compuware. B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems, Eastern Michigan University.

Jakob Ehrensvärd

Built his first computer at the age of 15, self-employed software and hardware engineer since 19, designed the security system for Sweden’s largest nuclear plant at 25. Leading inventor of the YubiKey and FIDO/WebAuthn standards.
